about session 2 : Phonics (2) At the end of this session, participants will be able to :- 1.Identify vowel and consonant sounds and understand advanced phonograms. 2.Correctly decode and encode words. 3.Use phonics in classes effectively. about session 3 : Listening& Speaking Activities Session aims: At the end of this session, the trainers should 1.Aware of the role of speaking and listening in teaching young learners. 2.Explore ways of practicing speaking and listening in class. 3.Evaluate a series of classroom listening and speaking tasks. 4.Produce instructional resources for listening and speaking activities. about session 4 : Classroom Assessment At the end of this session the trainees should: 1. Aware of the important of On-going assessment. 2. Know the types of classroom assessment. 3. Be able to design appropriate & effective assessment.
